Cast Iron Chicken | Fresh chicken tenders blackened and sautéed. Served with house-made Cajun orange marmalade.

Pretzel Milwaukee | A Milwaukee-made Bavarian pretzel served with our house-made cheese sauce for dipping.

SALADS & WRAPS

The Columbian | Chopped romaine served with your choice of house-seasoned beef, house-smoked chicken, or black beans. Topped with black bean corn salsa, shredded cheddar jack blend, pico de gallo, avocado crema, and seasoned tortilla strips. Tossed in a chipotle ranch dressing.

Bacon & Avo Keto | Chopped romaine, pepper-smoked bacon, tomato, onion, and avocado tossed in our homemade ranch dressing and topped with avocado crema.

Chicken Chop | Chopped romaine, house-smoked chicken, garbanzo beans, tomatoes, pepper-smoked bacon, and blue cheese crumbles. Served with a house-made white balsamic dressing.

SANDWICHES

Smash Burger | USDA hand-pattied beef smashed on a flat top and seasoned to perfection. Served with melted American cheese, lettuce, tomato, and red onion on a brioche bun.

Turkey BLT | House-roasted turkey on toasted whole-grain bread with pepper-smoked bacon, lettuce, tomato, and honey mustard aioli.

Grilled Chicken Sandwich | Fresh chicken breast topped with lettuce, tomato, and mayo on a brioche bun.

Cubano | Slow roasted pork, sliced ham, melted Swiss cheese, dill pickles, and honey mustard aioli on a pressed ciabatta roll.

Prime Rib | Tender, shaved, prime rib, slow roasted in-house, and warmed in our succulent au jus. Piled high on a delicious ciabatta bun and served with sides of horseradish crema and au jus for dipping.

Snap-O-Razzo All Beef Hot Dogs | Two grilled, crispy, plump, and juicy all-beef hot dogs with a snap that brings you back. Served on two fresh buns and a side of Giardineria.

Tacossss | Your choice of fried or grilled cod, carnitas pork, house-smoked chicken, or steak. Served with taco pineapple slaw, black bean corn salsa, and chipotle aioli on flour tortillas.

Cod Fish Fry | A favorite any day of the week. Our beer-battered cod is served every day with french fries, coleslaw, and our tartar sauce.

BBQ 1/2 Rack Ribs | No hands necessary for this fork-and-knife half rack of house-made, slow-cooked, pork ribs. Served with coleslaw and fries.

Chili Mac |  Another spin on a traditional dish. Elbow macaroni pasta tossed in creamy cheese sauce with house-seasoned ground beef, shredded cheddar jack blend, and topped with sour cream.
